废弃水基钻井液不落地高效处理技术研究

摘要: 随着国家新《环境保护法》的实施,全国油田企业和科研工作者对石油开采过程中产生的废弃钻井液的处理越来越重视。油田对废弃钻井液的处理技术存在成本高、处理不彻底等局限性,处理工艺需要优化和更新。在分析废弃水基钻井液处理技术难点的基础上,对钻井液不落地及固液分离流程进行了优化,形成了紧凑高效的成套设备。针对原废弃钻井液不落地处理方案中的收集进行了改进,形成敞口罐配合封口搅拌罐的固液收集方法。将滤饼输送与压滤机集成为整体,并采用隔膜式压滤机在固液分离时二次压榨,使废弃物处理效率更高,效果更好。目前环渤海与长庆油田钻井现场采用废弃钻井液不落地高效处理技术已取得了较好效果。

Abstract:

With the implementation of the new environmental protection law of the people's Republic of China, more and more attention has been paid to the treatment of waste drilling fluid produced in the process of oil exploitation by oil field enterprises and scientific researchers all over the country. The treatment technology of waste drilling fluid in oil field has the limitations of high cost and incompleteness, and the treatment technology needs to be optimized and updated. Based on the analysis of the technical difficulties on the treatment of waste water-based drilling fluid, the drilling fluid non landing and solid-liquid separation process were optimized, forming a compact and efficient complete set of equipment. Through the improvement of the existing collection scheme of the original waste drilling fluid non landing treatment equipment, a solid-liquid collection method of open tank and sealed mixing tank is formed. With the diaphragm filter press, the solid-liquid separation is pressed twice, and the mud cake conveying and filter press are integrated as a whole, so the waste treatment efficiency is higher and the effect is better. At present, the high-efficiency treatment technology of waste drilling fluid without landing has achieved good results in the drilling sites around Bohai Sea and Changqing Oilfield.
